Occupational Therapist with more than 26 years in hand therapy.
She obtained her CHT in 1996 and became a Kinesio Instructor in 2011. In 1994, she completed her NDT certification up to the advanced upper extremity. She currently works at Baylor Scott and White Institute of Rehab at the STAR in Frisco, Texas.
About
Her specialties are hands, sports, pain, and elbows. She addresses pain in any part of the body and is currently working on research algorithms for CRPS and Epicondylitis. Teaching is her number-one passion, and She has been honored to present her "Treating Without Pain" lecture in Ireland, France, Holland, and in the future, Italy, Spain, and the Middle East. She currently teaches this class virtually and throughout the USA.
She has presented at 6 ASHT conferences, the Asia Pacific Hand Conference in Australia 2020 as well as the International Hand Conference in London in 2022 She actively presents at multiple state chapters, and hand special interest groups as well at OT programs at LSU and TWU.​
